Amazing nature is yours to capture!

Come and meet Wild Africa!

Join us to a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the wild nature of Namibia. A two weeks photographic journey, exploring amazing landscapes, local cultures and rare wildlife.

Day 1: Windhoek

We will arrive to Windhoek at noon and will have a nice dinner at a local restaurant. We will sleep in at a lodge in Windhoek.

Day 2: Namib Desert

We leave Windhoek and drive through the Khomas Hochland Mountains to the Namib Naukluft Park. On our way we can see free roaming antelope and witness how the landscape changes from savanna to desert.

Day 3: Sossusvlei

Early before sunrise we leave the lodge to catch the sunrise at the dunes of the Namib Desert at Sossusvlei. This area provides some of the most amazing pictures of the dunes with the colours of the rising sun. We spend the morning around the dunes and the so called “Dead Valley”, a dry pan between the dunes with dead camel thorn trees - a beautiful sight and a popular area of Namibia. At noon we return to Sesriem, have a light lunch and then visit the Sesriem canyon before we return to our lodge. At night, if weather conditions will allow it, we'll try to take star trails photos.

Day 4: Swakopmund

We now proceed through the Namib Desert to the coast towns of Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. On the way we cross the Tropic of Capricorn (southern tropic latitude line), encounter some beautiful desert scenery and realize how beautiful the oldest desert in the world really is.

Day 5: Swakopmund

Today we will visit Walvis Bay and join a boat cruise around the Harbor and lagoon. We are most likely to see dolphins, the seal colony, sea birds and if we are lucky a flock of flamingos. Around here there are great photo opportunities from the ocean to old buildings and great sunsets.

Day 6: Twyfelfontein

After we had a good breakfast we drive along the coastline and visit a shipwreck before we head inland towards the Damaraland area. We drive past the highest point in Namibia, Brandberg Mountain that is 2606m high. Then to the world heritage site Twyfelfontein. Here there are rock paintings and engravings from the Khoikhoi people. We will visit the rock paintings and a Damara cultural village. We will spend the night at this beautiful lodge.

Day 7: Etosha

Today we proceed to Etosha National Park - once the largest national park in the world, covering an area of 80,000 square km. It was later reduced to “only” 23,000 square km (as big as Israel). We will spend our next 2 days in the park enjoying the wildlife of Namibia – lion, elephant, black and white rhino, leopard, cheetah, hyena, zebra, giraffe and much more…. free in the wild! We will arrive in the afternoon and will take a drive into the park. We will sleep at a lodge just outside the park.

Day 8+9: Etosha

We will go on safari into the park early with the sunrise and will only return at sunset back to our lodge. After dinner we will sit next to the waterholes and wait for the animals that come to drink at night.

Day 10: Harnas

After breakfast we have to take on the longest drive of our trip, but it will be worth it! We will go to Harnas, a wildlife sanctuary. We will stop along the way for a quick lunch and try to be at Harnas around 5 pm. We will have dinner at the lodge and listen to the roar of the lions as we go to sleep after a long day.

Day 11 + 12: Harnas

After breakfast we will join the morning feeding tour and meet the animals up close and personal. We will meet lions, leopards, cheetahs, baboons and many more. We will have some great opportunities for photography with the animals, beautiful sunsets and many many more.

Day 13: Windhoek

We will have the morning for ourselves at Harnas before we will leave back to Windhoek around noon. Tonight we will have our last dinner together as a group in Namibia before our flight back tomorrow.
